XPAY transactions are convenient, swift and secure. When you wish to pay using XPAY, all you need is the following:-

User can make payment for availing goods and services by sending SMS to 928741900.

via Internet

The user can use Xpay for payments in all Ecommerce portals where Xpay is integrated and in for availing all Xpay services.

How can I register for XPAY?

What is KYC?

KYC is Know your customer (KYC) is the due diligence regulated by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to perform identification of customer and ascertain relevant information for issuing Rs.50, 000. Xpay Pre Paid card which allows customer to use card up to Rs 50,000 per day.

What documents are required to register for XPAY 50000 Card?

  • Sign and submit system generated customer application form.
  • Any one of the following Documents for both ID and Address Proof:
  1. Passport
  2. Voter’s ID Card
  3. Aadhaar Card
  4. Driver’s license (Learner’s license is not acceptable)
  5. Ration card which has a photograph of the applicant Alternatively
  • Any one of the following Documents for ID Proof:
  1. PAN Card
  2. PSU/Government Department/Defence ID Cards
  3. Photo Credit Card (not expired and must be primary cardholder) Along With address proof.

How do I get my XPAY user Name and password?

XPAY User name will be your registered mobile number and the MPIN and the Log-in password will be send to the mobile or email of the user as per the user request.

How secure is XPAY?

There are multiple layers of security implemented to protect the XPAY account from any unauthorized access. Any unauthorized request is rejected at the outer most security layer itself and there is no possibility that an account may be hacked. Also a transaction can be executed only if the MPIN is provided which is only known to the user.

How can I ensure that XPAY account is accessed by myself only?

User need to ensure that the MPIN and Login password is not shared with anybody.

What is MPIN?

MPIN is the transaction password which can be used to execute transactions via mobile application, and online account.

What is Login password?

Login password is the password to use the online application.

What is security key

This is a one time password for doing online txns.

How do I reset my MPIN or Login password?

The same can be reset through the XPAY website.

What should I do if my MPIN or Login password is lost or forgotten?

The user has to call the customer care on 1800 2002 123 and Reset Log in details / block the XPAY account.

How long will it take to activate my account?

Maximum within 7 hours your account will be activated.

How do I get the confirmation on activation of my XPAY account?

An email or sms will be sent to the customer as soon as the account is activated which includes the customers user name, MPIN and password.

In case of change in registered phone number what needs to be done?

In case of change in registered mobile number the user can walk into any of the UAE Exchange Branches or agents and submit hand written request for changing primary number.

What is the validity period of Xpay account?

Xpay account is valid for 1 year, on expiry of existing XPAY account you can renew through a request. Your Xpay account may get deactivated due to following reasons:-
  • If you are not doing transactions for the last 90 days.
  • If you input Wrong log in credentials for more than 3 times.

Absolutely not. There are no hidden charges for using XPAY.

How can I reload my XPAY account?

Xpay can be loaded with cash easily using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash over Counter.

Customer can load Xpay through Bill desk payment gateway available in with a Charge of Rs.28 Per Transaction.

Customer can also load Xpay by swapping debit card and credit card at branches.
    1. Pay Cash at UAE EXCHANGE branches and sub agents
Pay Cash Over the counter at Any UAE EXCHANGE Branches /agent outlets.

How can I check my XPAY balance?

You can check your XPAY Balance in or you can call to our Xpay customer care number.

What is the minimum amount per transaction?

The minimum amount per transaction is Rs.10/- .

Is there any hidden charges for using XPAY?

Absolutely not. There are no hidden charges for using XPAY.

How long does the transaction take?

Each transaction is completed in a few seconds.

Can I get a refund on the money I deposited in the XPAY account?

Yes. Customer can redeem the balance amount from the branch where the customer is registered. The amount will be paid in the customers name in account payee crossed cheque. For redemption and refund Rs.50 will be charged as handling charges.

Do I get any loyalty/bonus points for using the card?

As of now we do not provide loyalty/bonus points but they are soon to follow.

Whether Xpay can be used across India?

Yes, you can use Xpay across India.

How to view transaction summary?

By logging onto under customer login by providing Mobile number and login Password, you can view your transaction history.

What should I do in case of charge reversal/dispute on my consumer goods purchase?

Any charge reversal dispute will be handled by the merchant where the purchase has taken place.

Will I be spammed by emails/messages?

Not at all. We are extremely sensitive to your privacy needs and hence all our data is secure and is not shared with anybody.

Important Customer Information

I want to upgrade Xpay 10000 card to Xpay 50000 card account? What is the procedure?

  • Walk in to any UAE EXCHANGE branches or agents.
  • Give details as requested by the counter staff of agent or branch.
  • Staff will give you a duly filled system printed application form.
  • Read and sign and give back application form along with copy of your ID proof.

What are the charges for using Xpay?

How is the refund process?

Please call our customer care providing reason for refund and raise complaint, then we will validate the request and initiates refund, for certain services cancellation charges will be applicable. Normally any refund will be processed between 7 to 21 days.

How will I know the payment or transfer is successful?

On completion of payment or transfer of money, you will get an SMS confirmation.

When I carry out a mobile/ DTH recharge, when will the recharge the initiated?

On submission of a request that is successful, you will receive recharge/balance instantly in your mobile / DTH account.
